COVID-19 Update.
To all our loyal customers - we hope you're staying safe during these tough, bizarre times.

This update is to inform you that we are operating as per usually, with added protection across our warehousing, ensuring that your orders are dispatched in a safe manner. We are sanitising frequently, keeping the 1.5m distance rule, and doing our best to keep up with your orders.

Please read below - due to COVID-19, please expect some delays.

Disclaimer: We humbly ask your understanding and patience due to the current Coronavirus situation. Standard shipping will be delayed for all countries. We will continue to work to deliver products as soon as possible while we keep our close attention on the situation.

Please also note that there may be a delay in updates from your tracking number - this is not on our end, it is due to the shipping carrier, so please keep this in mind when tracking your parcel.

REGULAR time period.

Shipping within AUS takes between 2-7 business days, while 5-10 business days in NZ.
Shipping within USA takes between 5-8 business days.
Shipping within UK and Canada takes between 8-12 business days.
Other countries take between 15-25 business days (depending on your local post services).

COVID-19 time period.

Shipping within AUS takes between 5-10 business days, while 20-25 business days in NZ.
Shipping within USA takes between 7-15 business days.
Shipping within UK and Canada takes between 15-20 business days.
We are not shipping to many other countries outside of Aus, Canada, UK and USA during this time, however, if we accept your order please allow 25-30 business days.


Delivery.
Delivery Alya Skin is not responsible for any failure to deliver products on time or at all to the fullest extent permitted by law if such failure results from an event beyond its reasonable control. An event beyond its reasonable control would include but is not limited to war, rebellion, labour strike, natural disaster such as an earthquake or an endemic or pandemic such as COVID-19. In such circumstances we shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the product to you once the event no longer prevents us from doing so.

 

Despatching orders

Due to the social distancing rules during COVID-19, please allow for 3-5 business days.
